What do you do when the people you love are struggling and there's nothing you can do to fix it?

In this personal episode, I'm sharing some of what I've been navigating over the past few months and the lessons I've been learning about love, boundaries, support, and responsibility.

As helpers, caregivers, parents, and problem-solvers, many of us have been conditioned to take responsibility for other people's happiness, healing, and choices. But there comes a point when we realize that loving someone and being responsible for them are not the same thing.

This conversation is about the heartbreak of watching someone you love suffer, the powerlessness that comes with not being able to make it better, and the freedom that comes from understanding the difference between supporting someone and carrying them.

If you've ever found yourself losing sleep over someone else's struggles, feeling responsible for fixing their pain, or wondering how to help without losing yourself in the process, this episode is for you.

In this episode:
• The difference between support and responsibility
• Why helpers often take on too much
• The emotional cost of carrying what isn't ours
• What I'm learning about boundaries, love, and letting go
• How to care deeply without losing yourself

Remember, you can stand beside someone without carrying them.

Until next time, be kind to my friend. Yep, that's you.
